Windsor Hills (Pulte Homes)

The Windsor Hills project is a 999 unit resort community consisting of a mix of single family homes, townhomes and 4-story condominium buildings on 171 acres. Substantial relief on the site required the use of retaining walls up to 35′ high. The development is served by central water and sewer. Offsite improvements included 1 mile of 2 lane roadway, intersection improvements and utility improvements.
